Our Services

As a full service management company, Wilkar offers a variety of professional services.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Wilkar assumes all responsibilities for managing, updating, forecasting and reporting of each property's financials, including monthly financial reports available online.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Wilkar ensures all building maintenance meets residents' standards. We handle and manage building staff, working closely with the Board of Directors.

CONSULTATION FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Wilkar plans, organizes and attends monthly administrative meetings and annual general meetings. They are also responsible for producing and distributing meeting minutes.
